Origin Bred in Kanaya, Shizuoka.
Parentage Cross between Shizuoka Zairai No. 6 (S-6) and Yabukita.
Liquor Brighter green than Yabukita.
Components High in catechins, especially methylated catechins noted for allergy relief.
Aroma Mild, milky sweetness; gentle, natural fragrance.
Harvest note Picked at tender-sprout timing to balance sweetness and astringency.
