Once you reach Silver or Gold, your 10% or 15% discount is applied to eligible tea automatically.
03Why we made it
d:matcha is a farm-to-cup tea company in Wazuka, Kyoto. We grow, harvest and process our own tea, and over the years many of you have come back to it again and again. The Loyal Tea Program is our way of saying thank you.
It also helps us keep pricing and supply steady, so we can keep farming the way we believe in. Later on we'd like to add early access to limited harvests, invitations to farm experiences and seasonal gifts.

How is my tier calculated?
By your total online spend over the past 12 months, on a rolling basis. If your spend in the last 12 months drops below a threshold, your tier adjusts.
Which products are discounted?
Tea leaf products. Any exclusions are noted on the product page.
Do purchases at the farm or in store count?
Not yet. For now only online orders placed while logged in count. We may add offline purchases later.
How do I check which tier I'm in?
If you're not sure, email us at info@dmatcha.com and we'll let you know.
Are more perks coming?
Yes. We're working on early access to rare harvests, priority invitations and seasonal gifts.
