d:matcha is a farm-to-cup tea company based in Wazuka, Kyoto. Over the years, customers from around the world have repeatedly chosen us. We created the Loyal Tea Program as our way of saying “thank you” to our most loyal supporters.
The program supports sustainable pricing and supply, while sharing the transparent, traceable value of Kyoto-grown matcha. In the future, we’ll offer exclusive benefits like early access to limited-edition harvests, invitations to experiences, and seasonal gifts.

Tiers are based on your cumulative spend within the past 12 months (rolling).
Which products are discounted?
Tea leaf products are eligible. Product pages will note any exclusions.
Do offline purchases count?
Currently, only online purchases are counted. We may include offline purchases later.
Any future perks planned?
Yes—early access to rare harvests, priority invites, and seasonal gifts are on the way.
