d:matcha’s Asahi
At d:matcha, Asahi is sourced from a young farmer in Wazuka and carefully processed at our own factory. While we do not currently cultivate Asahi in Yubune, this cultivar remains an important part of our lineup to showcase Kyoto’s unique heritage.
