  • Gokou - It is rich umami, smooth sweetness, and a creamy texture with delicate floral and vegetal notes.
  • Okumidori - It has creamy profile with rich umami, mild sweetness, low bitterness, and a fresh aroma with subtle nutty undertones.
  • Samidori - It has a mellow umami with deep sweetness, and creamy texture accented by fresh, vegetal, and slightly nutty notes.
  • Kanayamidori - It offers mellow umami, gentle sweetness, bitterness, and a fresh floral aroma with subtle citrus notes.
  • Yabukita - It features a hints of umami, moderate sweetness, refreshing astringency, and a vibrant grassy aroma.
