How to Brew
Latte: Sift 4g (2tsp) of houjicha chocolate mix into your bowl. Add 20ml of warm water and whisk in circular motions until smooth and clump-free, forming a thick paste. Gently add an additional 20ml of warm water and whisk in a “W” motion until you achieve a creamy consistency and a fine foam appears.
To finish, lightly glide your whisk across the surface to smooth the texture and break large bubbles, then lift it gently from the center.
For an iced latte, pour 100ml of your desired milk into a glass with ice. For a hot latte, steam 100ml of your desired milk into a mug.
Pour your prepared houjicha over your milk, add sugar to taste, mix, and enjoy!
