About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to engage in a diverse role that blends creativity, hospitality, and hands-on experience in the world of Japanese tea.

Your Responsibilities

Digital Marketing (50%)

• Plan and post engaging content on social media platforms to promote d:matcha’s products, experiences, and tea culture.
• Create compelling videos and visuals showcasing our tea fields, farm tours, and artisanal products.
• Contribute to marketing campaigns to connect with tea lovers around the world.

Operations Support (50%)

• Assist with tea farm tours by welcoming guests, serving tea, and ensuring a memorable experience.
• Help manage our guesthouse, including welcoming visitors and maintaining cleanliness and hospitality standards.
• Support the packaging and shipping of tea products and online orders.
• Participate in daily tasks such as washing dishes, cleaning spaces, and contributing to the smooth running of operations.

What We're Looking For

• Passion for Tea and Culture: A genuine enthusiasm for tea and Japanese culture.
• Digital Savviness: Experience with social media and content creation (photo, video, or editing experience is a plus!).

• Language Skills: English fluency is required; basic Japanese skills are a plus.
