Okumidori matcha was selected for this latte for its naturally creamy character, which harmonises beautifully with milk. Traditionally, this matcha is enjoyed without sweetener to highlight its inherent sweetness and soft umami. In certain moments, however, the addition of a sweetener can transform the experience. Introducing Earl Grey syrup brings a lively contrast, infusing the latte with brisk citrus notes and delicate floral aromatics, creating a refreshing lift that brightens the palate and gently boosts the mood throughout the day.
100g Oat Milk
20ml Earl Grey Syrup
4g Matcha
60g Ice Cube
50ml Warm Water

Put the Matcha in a bowl, then pour the warm water. Whisk them until they perfectly combine.

Prepare the ice cube in a glass. Pour the syrup on the ice cube, then followed by the milk.

Pour the whisked Matcha into the glass.
