Just last week, we welcomed a guest on a tea tour who has been ordering from us for six years. Encounters like these remind us that what we share is not only tea, but also a lasting bond and a community built on trust and joy.

To show our heartfelt appreciation, we are delighted to introduce the Loyal Tea Program, created especially for our most loyal tea friends:

• Matcha Silver Leaf
  Spend over ¥60,000 in the past 12 months and enjoy 10% off every future purchase of all tea leaf products.
• Matcha Gold Leaf
  Spend over ¥120,000 in the past 12 months and enjoy 15% off every future purchase of all tea leaf products.

And this is just the beginning—we plan to expand the program with exclusive gifts and limited-edition teas available only to Loyal Tea members.

We also wish to keep you informed about an important update to U.S. shipping: starting August 29, 2025, the U.S. government will abolish the 800 USD de minimis threshold. This sudden change was announced only earlier this month, leaving little time to prepare.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please know that we are already working on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) system, which will include duties and taxes at checkout. This new system will be ready in about two months, so you will never encounter unexpected charges upon delivery.
