Matcha Chia Pudding

This recipe is made by S. Mahdaria, d:matcha's Digital Marketer/Matcharista
Ingredients:
(For 2 serving)
  • 4 gr Matcha Okumidori
  • 50 gr Chia seed
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 4 tbs Maple syrup or other sweetener (feel free to adjust the level of sweetness)
  • Fruits for topping

Instruction:

  1. Mix matcha, milk, and sweetener into one. You can use Chasen (bamboo whisk) or frothier.
  2. Add Chia seed to the mix. Then, mixed well.
  3. Leave it in the fridge for a night until Chia seed absorb the mix perfectly.
  4. Finally, just add any toppings based on your preference.
