Matcha Chia Pudding
This recipe is made by S. Mahdaria, d:matcha's Digital Marketer/Matcharista
Ingredients:
(For 2 serving)
- 4 gr Matcha Okumidori
- 50 gr Chia seed
- 200 ml Milk
- 4 tbs Maple syrup or other sweetener (feel free to adjust the level of sweetness)
- Fruits for topping
Instruction:
- Mix matcha, milk, and sweetener into one. You can use Chasen (bamboo whisk) or frothier.
- Add Chia seed to the mix. Then, mixed well.
- Leave it in the fridge for a night until Chia seed absorb the mix perfectly.
- Finally, just add any toppings based on your preference.
