Houjicha Chia Pudding

Ingredients:
(For 1 serving)
  • 3 gr Houjicha
  • 25 gr Chia seed
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 2 tbs Maple syrup or other sweetener (feel free to adjust the level of sweetness)
  • Cookies and houjicha chocolate for topping

Instruction:

  1. Mix houjicha, milk, and sweetener into one. You can use Chasen (bamboo whisk) or frothier.
  2. Add Chia seed to the mix. Then, mixed well.
  3. Leave it in the fridge for a night until Chia seed absorb the mix perfectly.
  4. Finally, just add any toppings based on your preference.
