Houjicha Chia Pudding

Ingredients:
(For 1 serving)
- 3 gr Houjicha
- 25 gr Chia seed
- 100 ml Milk
- 2 tbs Maple syrup or other sweetener (feel free to adjust the level of sweetness)
- Cookies and houjicha chocolate for topping
Instruction:
- Mix houjicha, milk, and sweetener into one. You can use Chasen (bamboo whisk) or frothier.
- Add Chia seed to the mix. Then, mixed well.
- Leave it in the fridge for a night until Chia seed absorb the mix perfectly.
- Finally, just add any toppings based on your preference.
