How To Brew - Matcha Latte (Three Variations)
We feature three different types of matcha that can be used for your matcha latte:
- Matcha for latte (with sugar)
- Premium Matcha - First Flush
- Matcha (Without sugar)
Please note:
- For each of the recipes you may use chilled or warm milk depending on your preference.
- Based on your dietary requirements, we would also recommend using alternative types of milk if available.

Recipe #1 | Matcha for latte (with sugar)
- Add 6g of d:matcha's Matcha for Latte to your mug.
- Add a dash of warm water, and whisk the mixture to a fine paste.
- Pour in 180ml of milk. Stir and enjoy!
Recipe #2 | Matcha (First Flush)
- Add 2g of d:matcha's matcha samidori to your matcha bowl. You may also choose to use other cultivars of matcha.
- Add a dash of warm water, and whisk the mixture to a fine paste.
- Pour in 70ml of milk. Stir and enjoy!
Recipe #3 | Matcha (without sugar)
- Add 4g of d:matcha's matcha without sugar to your cup.
- Add a dash of warm water, and whisk the mixture to a fine paste.
- Pour in 180ml of milk. Stir and enjoy!
