How To Brew - Matcha Latte (Three Variations)

We feature three different types of matcha that can be used for your matcha latte:

  1. Matcha for latte (with sugar)
  2. Premium Matcha - First Flush
  3. Matcha (Without sugar)

Please note:

  • For each of the recipes you may use chilled or warm milk depending on your preference.
  • Based on your dietary requirements, we would also recommend using alternative types of milk if available.

Recipe #1 | Matcha for latte (with sugar)

  1. Add 6g of d:matcha's Matcha for Latte to your mug.
  2. Add a dash of warm water, and whisk the mixture to a fine paste.
  3. Pour in 180ml of milk. Stir and enjoy!

Recipe #2 | Matcha (First Flush)

  1. Add 2g of d:matcha's matcha samidori to your matcha bowl. You may also choose to use other cultivars of matcha.
  2. Add a dash of warm water, and whisk the mixture to a fine paste.
  3. Pour in 70ml of milk. Stir and enjoy!

Recipe #3 | Matcha (without sugar)

  1. Add 4g of d:matcha's matcha without sugar to your cup.
  2. Add a dash of warm water, and whisk the mixture to a fine paste.
  3. Pour in 180ml of milk. Stir and enjoy!
