Brewing Japanese tea as a cold brew is perfect for the warmer days or when you are making preparations for a gathering.

  • Place 10g tea leaves into a bottle.
  • Next, pour one litre water into a bottle.
  • Let the leaves steep for 5 to 6 hours in fridge.
  • If you are short on time time, add in ice cubes to the bottle before pouring the water in. Shake well before serving!
