Sencha Loose Leaf

Step 1 - Add your Tea

Fill your teapot with 2 teaspoons (5g) of Sencha loose leaf. 

Step 2 - Add Water

Pour 100ml of boiling water to the yuzamashi to cool it down. Later, move the water to the tea cup to warm it up. Once it's reached around 70℃, pour it to the teapot.

Step 3 - Steep (First Brew)

Wait approximately 90 seconds until your tea leaves bloom. Your first brew Sencha is now ready! Pour until the very last drop.

Step 4 - Next Brews

 

Second Brew: Pour 100ml 80℃ water into your teapot and enjoy immediately

Third Brew: Pour 100ml boiling water into your teapot and enjoy immediately

Cold Brew Sencha Leaf

Step 1 - Add your Tea

Fill your teapot with 2 tablespoons (10g) of Sencha loose leaf. 

Step 2 - Add Water

Pour 800ml of room temperature water to the bottle.

Step 3 - Steep

Put the bottle inside a fridge for 1 night or over 6 hours.

Step 4 - Enjoy

 

Pour the tea into your glass, and ready to enjoy!
