Step 1 - Add your Tea

Fill your teapot with 2 teaspoons (6g) of Gyokuro loose leaf. 

Step 2 - Add Water

Pour 60ml of warm water (50°C) to the yuzamashi, move the water to the tea cup to warm it up. Finally, pour it to the teapot.

Step 3 - Steep

Wait for 3 minutes, then your first brew gyokuro is ready to enjoy!

Step 4 - Next Brews

You can enjoy multiple brews with the same tea leaves (4 - 5 brews) by raising the temperature by 10℃ every time (e.g. 2nd brew 60℃, 3rd brew 70℃ ...).
