d:matcha’s Sayamakaori
In 2024, Sayamakaori was sourced from a young farmer in Wazuka and carefully processed into tencha at our own factory. While not a Kyoto-native cultivar, its characteristic fragrance and robust flavor make it a valuable addition to d:matcha’s single-cultivar lineup.
