Harvested from our Yubune fields in Wazuka, Kyoto, our sencha samidori is known for its deep umami taste, with little bitterness. The natural sweetness of this variety is further emphasised by its deep jade green colour when brewed.
This is only the second year in which we are producing samidori as sencha. Last year's batch was unfortunately affected by severe frost, thus we are extremely delighted to finally be able to present this product to you again.
