Black tea blended with local-sourced shiso
Red perilla (commonly known as shiso) is a Japanese herb that contains plenty of polyphenols and is often used for pickling umeboshi (plums) and other foods, as well as in seasoning and juices.
We use local-sourced shiso from neighbor farmers, Mr.&Mrs. Konishi.
This tea highlights the refreshing scent and umami of red perilla, along with the richness and sweetness of black tea.
Blended by our founder, Daiki Tanaka, and packed into tea bags for convenience, this tea offers a refreshing taste and vividly red color.
