Originally a traditional pastry of many European countries, Baumkuchen is also a popular snack and dessert in Japan.

At d:matcha we have prepare all flavours of our baumkuchen only with Wazuka-grown tea:

• Matcha
• Houjicha
• Sencha
• Wakocha (Japanese black tea)
