Harvested for the first time from our new tea fields in Yubune, Wazuka, these tea trees were shaded for 18 days before harvesting. The result is a brew with a wide flavour profile, a distinct umami taste, and a strong aroma. This sencha is the perfect choice for those who love versatility in their Japanese green tea and are keen to explore unique taste of okumidori.
